After carrier marks package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages .

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
